| Dave Spurlock | Flight from Jacksonville, FL to Washington D.C. in a Diamond DA-42 Twinstar. Checked the online NOAA weather on the way in and set up a RNAV approach for runway 33 into DCA. When I got into the approach I noticed the weather was NOT what the NOAA site had. In fact the winds were from the complete opposite direction. So I switched to entering a left pattern traffic and landed visually on runway 15. Used X-Plane. |
