| Cliff Hargrave | Test flight using my new Intel I7 desktop PC. Amazing flight especially as I was using the mouse to control the ailerons and elevator. Definitely a tricky business. Must find my old stick to use for a while!!! Initial installation of FSX and Acceleration went fine. Then I had problems with errors in FSCopilot and FSInn. After browsing the internet and finding others had had the same problem I fixed it by setting FSX to run in compatibility mode (Windows XP) and run as an administrator. Hooray!!!!! Basic problems fixed and it seems that I have connectability to DV using our servers and Vatsim servers too. Need to take some time to add all my add-on aircraft and Scenery. That should keep me busy for a while. Can'd do much more until I get back from our Norway holiday. Searching for the Northern Lights. Cheers folks |
